Museit is a tip collection platform that makes it easy for artists to get paid and receive fan messages.
You can collect tips and messages from your supporters during live streams, virtual performances, and pre-recorded events becomes as easy as clicking a button. Since your link never expires, you can collect tips long after the show is over.
Museit uses Stripe to process Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Credit Card transactions. Stripe charges $.30 + 2.9%/transaction. The Museit platform fee is 3%.

All financial transactions (aside from Venmo) take place on Stripe and, aside from amounts and basic information from your profile, nothing is stored on the Museit server. You can read more about Stripe's security procedures here: https://stripe.com/docs/security
Definitely! We welcome creators of all types at Museit! Just drop a link to your page in your video description, social media pages, or other announcements to spread the word to your fans.
Museit does not hold back tax money. It will be your responsibility to track and pay all taxes when you file.
Payouts are processed on the 4th of every month. For example, money received in your account in April will be paid out to you on May 4th.
